COMMUNITY SUPPORT MANAGER

 

The Gloucester Services Community Support Manager

will work with all stakeholders of Gloucester Services

- employees, customers, suppliers and local residents

to ensure the achievement of the community objectives

of both Gloucestershire Gateway Trust and Gloucester

Services as identified in our shared Community Support

Plan whilst effectively promoting and communicating this

"on site” and beyond.

 

Working as part of the Gloucester Services management

team this role will increase, colleague, customer, supplier

and local residents engagement in activity for the

benefit of our target communities and also celebrate and

raise awareness of the unique partnership between the

Westmorland Family and Gloucestershire Gateway Trust.

 

The Community Support Manager will

develop and maintain personal and partner

relationships and links on and off the Gloucester

Services sites whilst helping to Identify and

develop new opportunities to support partners

and communities.

 

The successful applicant will be self

motivated and have an empathy with our

target communities together with the ability

to motivate others. Strong relationship

management skills will also be required

backed up by good administration, IT and

communications skills.

 

This role is full time and the salary will be

within the range of £25,000 - £32,000 pa

depending upon experience.
